Radhika Merchant is an Indian classical dancer and also a part of the pharmaceutical company Encore Healthcare's board of directors along with her parents. She is the daughter of Viren Merchant and Shaila Merchant. Her father, who is the CEO of Encore Healthcare, is one of the richest billionaires in India.

Radhika Merchant was born on December 18, 1994, in Mumbai and belongs to Kutch in Gujurat. She went to The Cathedral and John Connon School in Mumbai, École Mondiale World School and did an International Baccalaureate diploma from BD Somani International School.
