Microland (www.microland.com), the leading hybrid IT infrastructure service provider, has appointed Purnima Menon as chief marketing officer. Based out of Microland’s corporate headquarters in Bengaluru, Menon will be responsible for all marketing functions including global business, strategic marketing, sales enablement and corporate communications. She has over 19 years of experience, providing marketing and strategic thought leadership to large organisations. Prior to this, she was the executive vice-president and chief marketing officer of a global IT services company.
Second stint
Dentsu Impact has appointed Megha Jain Sadhwani as vice-president. Sadhwani worked with Dentsu once earlier for four years before moving to Australia last year. Prior to joining Dentsu Impact, she worked with Saatchi & Saatchi in Sydney where she was responsible for the Mondelez business - Cadbury chocolates, The Natural Confectionery Company and Sour Patch Kids.

Advertising agency network Cheil Worldwide has appointed Nishi Suri as chief operating officer, South West Asia with effect from January 2017. Suri will be based in Gurgaon and oversee the company’s operations while driving new business growth and strategies. The appointment represents the company’s direction and focus in South West Asia and its objective to grow the agency by developing both Samsung and local brands.

Rohit Malkani has joined Law & Kenneth Saatchi & Saatchi from Minority Brand Creation and Management as executive creative director (national). He has over 22 years of experience across agencies like Rediffusion DY&R, JWT, Grey Worldwide, Planetasia.com, Publicis Ambience Advertising, Bates 141, Publicis Singapore and Minority Brand Creation and Management. He has worked on brands like Kingfisher, Van Heusen, Unilever and Sony Music.
